The HENDI Cast iron pot provides the perfect conditions for the traditional way of cooking stews and soups, long and slowly. It offers excellent heat retention and spreads the heat evenly, ensuring perfectly cooked ingredients. After properly seasoning cast iron becomes non-stick. The handle is also suitable to hang the pot above an open fire for an even more traditional way of cooking.
