The HENDI Griddle 1/3 ribbed Kitchen Line features a hardened steel griddle and two separate heating zones which can reach temperatures of up to 300°C. The ribbed part is perfect for preparing fatty meats and sausages, while the smooth part is perfect for eggs and pancakes. The combination of the backsplash and removable drip tray promote easy cleaning and hygiene.
