Japanese mandoline HENDI Sh?gun ?? is a premium-quality tool made in Japan. Not without a reason Japanese blades are claimed to be the best in the world. The quality of cutting is comparable to professional knives, but the mandoline will make slices, julienne or vegetable decorations always equally perfect, even, and works much faster than a knife. The mandoline has a built-in flat blade – the cutting thickness is easily and smoothly adjustable. It’s also equipped with 3 interchangeable julienne blades with different “teeth” spacing.
