Japanese mandoline HENDI Sh?gun ?? PRO is a premium-quality tool made in Japan. Not without a reason Japanese blades are claimed to be the best in the world. The quality of cutting is comparable to professional knives, but the mandoline will make slices or vegetable decorations always equally perfect, even, and works much faster than a knife. This mandoline has a built-in flat blade – the cutting thickness is easily and smoothly adjustable. Thanks to a wider working surface it’s perfect for cutting larger vegetables, such as courgette, cabbage, or aubergine.
